Once we understand the complexity of your business, we will provide a fixed fee for the production of your business accounts. The fees table shows our typical fees - a simple business can expect fees at the lower end of the fee range shown.

The fee includes submission of the tax return to HMRC, and for Limited Companies, the Companies House filing.

We're happy to accept accounts in any format. A book-keeping fee may be applied to get your records straight before work begins - this will be agreed with you beforehand & tends to apply to companies without a software or spreadsheet system in place.

  • Quoted prices exclude VAT at 20%

  • Book-keeping: £25 per hour. Once we understand your needs, we will provide a fixed-fee.

  • £115 per Self-Assessment Return for individuals (additional fees apply for rental properties - typically £25 per property).

  • VAT returns: £100 per quarterly return, although charges may be higher for complex VAT accounting situations.

  • CT61 Return of Income Tax on Company Payments: £75.

  • P11D and P11D(b) returns to report employee and director 'benefit in kind' payments - starts at £125 for up to 5 employees.

We're a cloud-based firm and we encourage our clients to embrace accountancy software. Digital record keeping brings huge benefits and will eventually be a requirement for everyone that submits tax returns.

We can advise on the best solution for you, deal with the installation and either train you in its use or manage it on your behalf. For some options, we can arrange free trials and provide discounts on the software fees.

We are happy to provide ad hoc help to our customers – we would rather our customers call us when they need help. If advice becomes more involved, we will discuss potential fees with you up front.

For business consultancy services such as competitor analysis, marketing strategy or company health-checks, we will provide a fixed-price quotation following discussions with you about your requirements.
